Comrz provides comprehensive support services for Affino users, with direct feedback from developers and technical personnel, and ranging from general and dedicated Forum support through to telephone hotlines

Comrz’s success is entirely dependent on the ongoing sucessful running of its Clients’ businesses. We are a small team, yet regardless of this, we pride ourselves in offering excellent assistance to a variety of challenges, with rapid response time, and usually rapid resolutions to the root causes of issues.

 

Comrz’s online ’Affino Support Centre’ is open to all customers and includes a respository of essential manuals and guides, as well as access to community discussion areas and information on latest fixes and patch releases.

 

In addition to the free ’Bronze Support Service’ customers can buy into more dedicated and more rapid-response services by way of a number of different support package options as below.

 

Those who don’t have dedicated support can always make use of the General Affino Help Forum, although this is on a best-endeavour basis and response can vary enormously from day-to-day.

  • Silver Support Service - Paid for support with 4 hour turnaround on queries (response, not necessarily resolution), available during office hours only (09:30 - 17:30), 2 named client contacts, 10 issues responded to per month, phone support, dedicated Forum
  • Gold Support Service - Paid for support with 1 hour turnaround on queries (response, not necessarily resolution), available during office hours only (09:30 - 17:30), 3 named client contacts, 50 issues responded to per month, phone support, dedicated Forum
  • Platinum Support Service - Paid for custom tailored support package with unique terms based on your specific requirement, can include 24/7 hours of coverage and unlimited issues, dedicated resources and personnel
