Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year for 2024 from the team at Affino

The Affino Team wishes you a Very Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year!

Thank you ever so much for your continued support in 2023 and we look forward to working with you again in the new year.

2023 has been another rollercoaster year for most of us, something which has been on repeat for the past few years. We just had the major success of COP28 where for the first time there is an agreement to move away from fossil fuels, it is incredible it has taken this long to get here, but it’s great that we are now on the next step of the journey. Affino remains committed to minimising our carbon footprint, and we are exploring how best we can do that in the inbound AI age.

The Affino Service has evolved significantly over the course of the year with the launch of Affino 9 and the major tech shift towards AI, Open Source, and the latest multi-layered serverless AWS tech stack. We have achieved the major goal of having the entire Affino community adopt Affino 9, which opens new horizons for the coming years.

We’re looking forward to 2024 where we will be further transforming the Affino SaaS, with the introduction of the first new generation of AI services in the Affino core. You will both be able to deliver AI based services through Affino, and the new AI copilot and assistant will be on every Affino screen.

We will be evolving the Control Centre to our next generation responsive, light and dark mode, and overall great looking management experience. We will also be evolving Affino’s ecommerce services significantly with one touch subscriptions, right from the article page and much more.

The Affino Team is on reduced service between now and the 4th of January 2024, as the majority of the team is on annual leave. However the technical support team will be online throughout the period to support critical technical issues, and the Affino support team will also be on-hand for critical Affino support issues, but please note that this is a skeleton crew and response times may vary on Affino Support.
